The program includes a welcome address by the Deputy Minister for Trade of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and a keynote speech by Matthew S. Borman, former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Export Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
It also features a government award ceremony honoring contributors to strategic goods export control.
